We provide services to South East Queensland and beyond, with studios on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. We also provided services interstate and can provide quotes via email prior to engaging services.

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you have a textile/object of significance to you, here is what you can expect upon contact with us:

  • After initial contact, either a site visit to view the textile/object is set up, or the textile/object is delivered to the lab.

  • A detailed condition report and treatment proposal is written up for you to review. The treatment proposal takes into consideration the condition and intended use.

  • If it is decided that you would not like to go through with treatment, the object is returned to you.

  • Any issues that arise or additional time for the treatment will be communicated to you and will be discussed prior to continuing treatment.

  • After treatment is complete, a detailed post-treatment report and final invoice will be sent to you and the textile/object will be returned.
